Photobooth and Roaming Photography Terms of Service
BY USING OUR PHOTO BOOTH or PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:
Consent to Capture. By using any EventKore, LLC (“EventKore”) photo booth or photography service, you acknowledge and agree that photos, GIFs, videos, boomerangs, and similar media featuring you or your guests may be captured automatically during the event (“Captured Media”).
Permitted Uses. You grant EventKore a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to:
display, reproduce, edit, and publish Captured Media in our owned or controlled channels (e.g., eventkore.net, Luxury Booth social accounts, printed brochures, digital ads, trade‑show displays, and email campaigns); and
create derivative works (such as collages or highlight reels) for the same promotional purposes.
No Third‑Party Sale. EventKore will never sell, license, or otherwise transfer Captured Media to an unrelated third party for that party’s independent use (for example, stock‑photo marketplaces or data brokers). Any sharing with service providers (e.g., printers, ad platforms) is solely to produce or distribute EventKore’s own marketing materials and always subject to confidentiality obligations.
No Additional Compensation. You waive any right to royalties or other payment arising from EventKore’s permitted use of the Captured Media.
Contact Information & Opt‑Out. If you provide an email or phone number at the booth, EventKore may send you event galleries, promotional offers, or company news. You may unsubscribe or opt out at any time via the instructions in each message.
Revocation of Consent. If you later wish to have specific Captured Media removed from future marketing materials, email info@eventkore.net with a link or description of the content. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to honor such requests on a go‑forward basis.
